The snow has finally melted, the sun is still out when we are leaving work and the trees and flowers are starting to bud, all signs that the first quarter of the year is done and what a first quarter it was! Due to everyone’s hard work we shipped a record amount of work this quarter which gets 2023 off to a great start.
That is just the start Whipps, inc. needed to bite into our record backlog and hopefully we can all pull together and have just as good if not a better second quarter.
Whipps, Inc, has a number of improvements “in-the-works” to help with the workload including the addition to the Machine Shop Building, two new Overhead Cranes that should be here next month, two new machines due in later this year and we are looking at ways to make the best use of our property across the street.
I certainly appreciate everyone’s contribution to our success so far this year, your effort has not gone unnoticed. I would like to remind everyone of our campaign to have a clean and organized workspace with safety and productivity as our goal.
