Our supplier has indicated a small upcoming increase in the surcharge for stainless steel plates, which isn’t expected to majorly affect our operations. Without careful tracking of these OTD metrics, our manufacturing performance would be much worse.
The creation of Sales, Engineering, and Production Bills of Materials (BOMs), along with using a tickler system, are crucial for our operational efficiency and success.
The company President continues to comment, “The building addition is progressing on schedule. We have successfully installed three cranes, and the remaining three are expected to arrive shortly. The project is unfolding smoothly and aligns perfectly with our plans. Looking ahead to June, we will need everyone’s full attention…” These words are what we are keeping in mind as we move forward.
